With a strong background in account management, product design, and custom manufacturing, Stephen joins Pacific as a Project Coordinator supporting our Furniture Reconfig team. A lifelong Washingtonian, Stephen graduated from Western Washington University with a degree in Communications before moving to Seattle. Before joining Pacific, Stephen worked at Taphandles as a Project Manager, coordinating with clients and across teams to design, manufacture, and deliver thousands of custom tap handles to breweries, cideries, and wineries across five continents.
Stephen’s ability to problem-solve under pressure, coupled with his friendly and positive communication style, has helped him achieve exceptional relationships with clients and teammates throughout his career. His broad experience in a variety of client service roles, including clinical mental health, contracting, B2B specialty coffee sales, and manufacturing, has contributed to his ability to connect with clients on their own terms, and ultimately deliver outstanding results. Stephen understands that providing a high degree of service always starts with understanding both the immediate needs of the client, as well as their long-term goals. As a supporting member of the SLU Reconfig team, Stephen is looking forward to working creatively with Project Managers to provide maximum value for our clients.
Of Pacific’s five STIHL values, Stephen’s favorite is Integrity. He believes good faith commitment and consistent follow-through provide the most essential foundation for a successful communicator and Project Manager.
Outside of work, Stephen spends much of his time recording and performing rock and roll music around the Pacific Northwest. He loves long meandering road trips, and is also an avid runner, twin, dog dad, concertgoer, and cook.
