With 16 years of architectural, construction, and consulting experience, Ryan has a considerable depth of knowledge and is a subject matter expert in delivery of AV and meeting space technology. Ryan joined Pacific as a Senior Project Manager to develop and deliver an AV program for a prominent international online merchandising client headquartered in Seattle. He is responsible for the successful delivery of AV projects from inception to occupancy. Ryan studied Political Science at the University of Washington and has received a Certificate in Construction Management. Previously he worked at CBRE, Inc. where he managed tenant improvements and global AV programs deploying meeting space technologies around the world for a Redmond based technology company. Clients value his collaborative approach while working with multiple stakeholders and consistently driving to a successful solution. Ryan has experience managing all facets of project management including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout. He has successfully taken multiple interior tenant improvement projects from preliminary design conceptualization to construction completion in the commercial office, technology, and healthcare sectors. Ryan places great value on trust and always wants to do what is best for his client and the project.
A Seattle native, Ryan enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking, and river fishing when he is not watching his three daughters playing soccer.
