A background in theater may not be a typical foundation for a 13-year career in project management. But it’s one that has enabled Rob to comfortably lead teams in ambiguous situations and juggle multiple client projects and deadlines. He adds value to client projects by visually organizing information to manage client expectations, streamline communication and quickly build client trust. Currently, as a Senior Project Manager for a tech client with a large real estate portfolio, he delivers multiple high visibility projects and manages a team of project managers delivering several hundred projects a year. In addition, he has several years of experience delivering both in-patient & out-patient projects in medical facilities. His leadership and integrity builds a culture that supports strong communication and win-win scenarios even when having difficult conversations with stakeholders. Clients appreciate his ability to anticipate unknowns and to build realistic budgets that take these into account, as well as his ability to add value to projects with creative money-saving solutions.
