Ranesha brings her project management and project coordinating skills to Pacific as an Assistant Project Manager. She comes to us from Seattle School District, where she worked as a Relocation Planner/ Project Coordinator in Capital Projects, which manages the construction and maintenance of new and existing buildings. Ranesha studied sociology at Georgia State University.
Ranesha is an Assistant Project Manager for the Moves and Launch team. Her responsibilities will be to ensure that moves and launches are done accurately and efficient. Ranesha will work to build a good sense of relationships with clear communication, while working to complete the project at hand efficiently earning the client’s admiration. One of her strongest skills is planning, in her previous role she planned and moved over 100 schools with large head counts. Another strong skill she has is communication, in her previous role she communicated a lot with vendors, staff, and construction teams to ensure an easy move. Lastly, a valuable skill she has is problem solving, a lot of the times she would only have two months to move multiple schools in a summer. So being able to problem solve quickly is her specialty.
She is most passionate about trust and honestly. In her last role, she built relationships with clients through trust. A client has peace of mind when they can trust the people they are working with, therefore building a strong trusting relationship extremely important for Ranesha. Honesty is also highly valued by her because being honest with a client can help ease a lot of the stress for the project manager, while also invites new ideas to form when things may go wrong.
Ranesha is applying to graduate school and is looking forward to earning another degree. Some of her hobbies include traveling with my family, as well as cooking and trying new foods.
