An experienced professional with over 25 years of comprehensive experience in design, real estate industry, and construction, Max has managed complicated multiphase and occupied projects simultaneously including feasibility, tenant improvements, and ground up projects within corporate commercial and technology environments, hospitality, urban residential, and retail market sectors.
He provides clear direction and leadership to project teams from inception to occupancy, managing all phases of projects including design, construction, occupancy, quality control, staffing, budget and cost controls, schedule, regulatory agency approvals, risk assessments and mitigation planning. He leads clients and end users to help define project requirements and establish project work plans and deadlines. Max is skilled in soliciting, validating and leading the negotiations of contracts for the project designers, vendors, consultants and contractors.
Max has both landlord and tenant representation experience for over a million square feet of commercial office space within the Puget Sound area. He ensures collaboration between the tenants, asset managers, leasing agents, facility engineers, designers, and the contractors to ensure the space is delivered to meet the tenant and landlord objectives in an effective manner. His experience also includes pre-transaction collaboration with brokers to develop project requirements and site assessments to ensure successful evaluation of each property for clients so they can clearly understand costs and timing.
