Lucas comes to Pacific as an Assistant Project Manager with the South Lake Union Moves Team. Before joining the team, he supervised the Move Ambassador team with Northwest Center. In this role he developed the team’s scope in Seattle as well as the entire North American region. Lucas ensured that this team provided high quality data-management and customer interactions for corporate moves. Lucas graduated from the University of Colorado Denver with a Bachelor’s degree in English Writing, and a minor in Communication and Sociology.

As an Assistant Project Manager for the South Lake Union Moves Team, Lucas enjoys the delicate balance of achieving the client’s big picture goals through the meticulous attention to small details. Using clear and precise communication, he implements thorough problem solving and risk anticipation to ensure successful projects. As a student of the Stoic philosophy, he is able to maintain a calming presence for his team and clients at all times.

With over 15 years of experience in different industries, Lucas remains most passionate about providing exceptional service. He believes that all aspects that contribute to a successful project are found under this umbrella.

Lucas has been in Seattle since 2015, when he moved here from Denver, CO. His family of six splits their time between playing board games at home and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
