As an Assistant Project Manager, Loretta brings her strong background in interior design for high-end residential and commercial spaces to Pacific. She joined the team from Starbucks Corporate as a Designer in Project Management where she managed the schedule of building permits for 150 new and existing stores throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Alaska. She attended University of Washington for her undergrad and then went on to receive a Master’s in Interior Design/Architecture from UCLA Extension. Loretta has joined our Americas Team where she will be supporting the Global Real Estate and Facilities projects. Through her Autocad, organization and problem solving skills, she has the ability to multi-task, develop and implement processes, and increase productivity across multiple projects for her clients. She consistently identifies and troubleshoots critical issues while delivering results that align with her client’s end vision. Client’s appreciate her ability to manage small to large teams with efficiency and minimal guidance, while always being a team player and a positive, optimistic person.
A fun fact about Loretta, is she helped manage and design the renovation of The Agency, a real estate brokerage firm. Mauricio is the founder and CEO of The Agency, who is also Kyle Richard’s husband from the TV show, Housewives of Beverly Hills. Outside of work, Loretta loves getting reacquainted with the PNW since she has been away for more than a decade.
