With over 13 years of project management experience and a strong background in construction management and general contracting, Joe joins Pacific as Senior Project Manager. He attended Georgia Institute of Technology where he received his degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering. Joe previously worked for Rand Construction as a Senior Project Manager, where he completed many occupied construction projects including hospitals, workplace, multifamily, and K-12. He was also awarded the CoreNet 36 Under 36 award and is an active board member for both CoreNet and NAIOP.
Joe has a wide range of experience with various building types and asset classes which has proven to bring solutions to the forefront for his clients. Through his technical problem solving skills and experience with numerous project management tools such as Prolog, Procore, and Plangrid, Joe has the ability to successfully take multiple interior tenant improvement projects from preliminary design conceptualization to construction completion.
Located in Denver, Colorado, Joe will be working on expanding Pacific’s Colorado team to provide a full range of real estate services to PPM’s clients. His goal is to provide simplification and efficiency for his clients, while finding high quality and cost effective place making. He believes that communication and accountability are the key drivers to great project management. Clients appreciate his honesty and always trust that Joe has their best interest and goals in mind.
Joe is an outdoor enthusiast! He enjoys skiing, hiking and mountain biking. Joe is also an avid traveler and mentioned, he’ll take any suggestions on trips to Asia especially Hong Kong, which will be their hub for their trip to Asia in the near future.
