As an Assistant Project Manager, Jessika brings her customer service and communication skills to Pacific Project Management. Before joining the team, she worked for TrueBlue, Inc. where she was an Assistant Property Manager. Through her attention to detail, organization, and continuous communication, Jessika takes initiative and successfully leads teams to job completion, while being on schedule and within budget.
Through her ability to define objectives and operate under minimal guidance, clients admire her integrity and honesty; always counting on her to get the job done. She maintains accurate records which gives her the ability to concisely present data on project scope, schedule, and budget. Jessika consistently stays one step ahead and delivers high-quality projects that align with her client’s end vision.
Jessika followed in her grandfather footsteps where they both earned their Bachelor’s degree at The Evergreen State College. Outside of work, Jessika enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and planning her next getaway.
