Gloria is a Project Manager for the Post Occupancy Project team at Pacific Project Management. She guides clients through processes with the same vigor as the owner’s vision. Gloria enjoys navigating through dynamic organizational standards and programs. She brings a strong set of skills that range from, her ability to adapt to an ever changing environment to managing many variations of projects.
Over the last 10 years she’s been part of several newly formed teams that have contributed to leading owners in large scale commercial construction projects. Recently, she led the development of the construction department at MOD Pizza. Her enjoyment of dynamic environments allowed her to successfully build 275 stores across North America, either as construction manager or managing a services team. In her earlier days, she spent 4 years working with King County Housing Authority building Greenbridge Community in White Center, a 100 acre redevelopment, where she developed a permit and utility management system. Gloria acquired a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning with a focus in Real Estate. While in school she started her own business to provide spatial analysis for non-profit organizations. The endeavor led to a much needed neighborhood grant for the Rainier Valley.
Her experience and varied positions have allowed for her to develop leadership skills and project management knowledge. Gloria will be pursuing her PMP certification in early 2019.
