Ethan joins Pacific as a Project Coordinator within our Reconfiguration Team. He attended Washington State University and received his Bachelor’s degree in Science Communications. He previously worked at Aerotek Scientific as an Account Manager, where he managed the healthcare team and was responsible for overseeing the completion of staffing projects from conception to finish. He has also worked in the marketing and public relations department for the Voiland College of Engineering and Architecture where he had the opportunity to publish articles about leading researchers and scientists within academia.
Through his effective communication and organization skills, he is able to maintain accurate project documentation and processing while maintaining proper and precise communication. Ethan will be supporting a team of Project Managers and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Clients appreciate Ethan’s authentic communication style. He is always upfront about potential project challenges and takes the time to truly listen and shamelessly ask all necessary questions so he can find value added solutions. His business philosophy is that a strong, trusting relationship starts with honesty and transparency.
Ethan has a passion for the outdoors, as his hobbies include backcountry backpacking, snowboarding and mountain biking. Before starting at Pacific Project Management, Ethan took an extended trip to backpack around Southeast Asia where he had the opportunity to work on an organic farm in Thailand and take care of three large water buffalos.
