Deidre brings her strong background in program management and process improvement strategies to the Pacific team as a Project Manager. She joined from The Polyclinic as a Practice Management Analyst where she supported both Primary and Specialty Care projects and chronic care quality initiatives identified by leadership. She attended Western Washington University where she received her degree in Urban Planning & Environmental Policy, with focuses geared towards using GIS to make data driven planning decisions while also using urban design principles to develop creative solutions. Her experience ranges from working in the public sector on master planning projects for neighborhood redevelopment to the healthcare industry where she drove multi-specialty projects from conception to execution involving complex stakeholder management.
Deidre brings her great depth of knowledge as a project manager on leading process improvement and workflow management to not only the benefit of the client, but the team as well. She has the ability to handle multiple projects at one time, and clients appreciate her adaptability to challenging projects as she provides cross-functional team management, effective communication between stakeholders, and alignment on meeting strategic planning goals. Deidre currently works for a tech client with a large real estate portfolio on a range of projects involving program development and initiatives focused on workplace strategies.
Being a native Seattleite, Deidre enjoys hiking the great outdoors, catching a movie on a rainy day, and exploring the Pacific Northwest’s wine country. She is also an avid supporter of European football – she especially likes the English Premier League – though she doesn’t pledge her loyalty to just one club.
