With over ten years of experience in project management, Daniel comes to Pacific as an Assistant Project Manager. He received his degree in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Denver. He came to us from Premera as their Facilities Project Planner and MAC coordinator, where he managed many construction projects and managed move coordination as well as specialty projects.
With an extensive background in CAD, design, space planning, and construction documents, Daniel has had the opportunity to work with most commercial furniture manufacturer in the country, which has given him a depth of knowledge in systems furniture. He is also an effective problem solver, where he looks at every situation outside the box to find value added solutions for his clients. His ability to delegate and prioritize tasks allows him to successfully complete projects on time and within budget.
Daniel has been recognized for successfully designing and managing many design build projects over the years and he recently designed a large presentation room. He also helped establish new guidelines and procedures for reducing project hours, which cut costs by 30 percent. He stayed on schedule and completed the space all within a tight deadline. Clients appreciate his attention to detail and always going above and beyond to better understand their needs.
Daniel is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys playing tennis, kayaking, hiking, and exploring the Pacific Northwest. His passion is traveling the world and his current contenders for favorite locations are Japan and Scotland. He is also learning and teaching himself how to play the bagpipes.
