Christy McFall joins PPM as Director of Project Management for one of our large online retailer client. She joins us from CBRE where she was a Director of Project Management for a healthcare system. Christy has a BA and MBA from the University of Michigan and is PMP certified.
She has over 25 years of leadership, management and project management experience in the automotive, non-profit and commercial real estate industries. She has served in project management, facilities, business development and consulting roles. Christy uses her diverse experience, client focus and leadership skills to tackle complex problems and motivate cross-functional teams. In her prior roles she has been responsible for a healthcare system construction budget of over $100 million with 95 projects in the pipeline and also has been responsible for a $20 million non-profit real estate portfolio managing leasing, subleasing, construction and facilities.
Christy’s love of learning has taken her from a literature degree to earning her RN to travels throughout Europe and Asia. She loves hiking as much as exploring restaurants and museums and currently lives in the Washington DC area.
