Brandon joined Pacific as a Project Coordinator on our Special Projects and Room Program Change teams. Before joining the team, he worked at American Medical Response, where he was a 911 Dispatcher for Tacoma and then Seattle. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology and two minors in Chemistry and Business Management from D’Youville College. While in school he had the opportunity to travel abroad and study the History of Medicine in Florence, Italy and International Marketing and Child Psychology in London, England. Brandon brings his strong communication, logistics, and scheduling skills to help support a team of Project Managers. Through his years of dispatching, Brandon can successfully monitor and track all data coming in and going out. He has the ability to immediately identify the severity of any situation, rapidly design a plan, and within moments activate the first steps. He has been recognized for facilitating the integration of the Tacoma 911 system into American Medical Response. He ensured a smooth transition and streamlined the appropriate communication style from system to system. Clients appreciate Brandon’s genuine desire to serve them, while offering the comforts of transparency and reliability.
Outside of work, Brandon enjoys spontaneous weekend road trips to anywhere within driving distance and going on hikes with his highly energetic Pointerdor (Black Lab/English Pointer). He also enjoys volunteering a few days a month at Virginia Mason’s Emergency Room where he tends to patient’s comforts.
