Alex comes to Pacific as an Assistant Project Manager. He previously worked at CBRE as an Associate Project Manager as part of their Furniture Team. He studied International Business at Seattle University, and has also earned an Extron AV Association certification and a LEED Green Association accreditation. Alex has a passion for the environment and is always striving to bring any value he can to his clients and team.
He is currently managing refreshes and retrofitting projects for his client’s AV/VC meeting spaces and other special AV-related projects. His excellent interpersonal skills helps him build key relationships that enable him to successfully complete projects on time and within budget. One of his strengths is to simplify complicated concepts for his clients and team members. At a companywide event, Alex was recognized for helping manage a program that served a need for his client that had never been met. His team of two, transitioned over 100+ industrial and retail buildings ranging from 1,000 sq. ft. to over 3 million sq. ft. from construction completion to operation. Clients appreciate Alex’s positivity, integrity, and bias for action. He is always ready to jump on a project even if it is out of his job’s scope.
After going through some life changes for his health, Alex found inspiration to raise over $4,000 and create a Culinary Club at his University. Alex taught students how to cook healthy meals from a variety of cultures bi-monthly. He grew his club from 1 to 22 people and directed the club for three years. His legacy still plays on as his Culinary Club continues to this day.
