Diversity

Today, our team is made up of a broad mix of individuals representing diverse communities. PPM spans five generations. Women make up 56% of our workforce and 35% of our team members identify as a member of a minority group. In addition, we bring vastly diverse professional experience to bear – from professional services, technology, gaming, medical, life sciences, and more. We also have team members that bring an international perspective to our work, either from global projects they have worked on or from their own cultural heritage.   

While we have always championed diverse voices, we know we can all do better. In 2020, we launched the blackpac, an employee-driven initiative committed to building a strong foundation through community engagement efforts that emphasize organizations that serve the black community. The blackpac fosters conversations on diversity, inclusion, and social issues, and enhances opportunities for current and future black professionals in commercial real estate.
