Pacific Project Management was awarded a national/international multi-year contract for the renovation of GAP Inc retail stores including; Old Navy, GAP, and Banana Republic. The program is managed out of Pacific PM’s San Francisco office with the day to day management conducted in several regions across the United States simultaneously. The goal nationally and locally is deliver each project on schedule, on budget, and to the highest quality.
Pacific PM’s scope of services includes managing governing bodies, landlords, general contractors, design team members and GAP prime contractors. Each project includes coordination with GAP’s store managers, regional managers, and their corporate development/construction managers.
Typical Store scope of work includes brand/signage rollouts, barricades and temporary graphics, store refreshes, renovations, ground up construction and space reductions to “right size” stores within their geography. Construction work is accomplished at night to minimize business interruption and “morning reports” are completed, as well as “weekly status” reports via client-provided software systems and technology.
