San Francisco Offices Restack
Working with Bank CRE Department assisted in completing a strategic occupancy plan including multiple buildings both owned and leased. Goal was to maximize space utilization and move Bank FTE to owned space and long term leases.
We provided full project management services for this design build delivery project valued at over $50,000,000. We developed a phased approach for migration/consolidation of BofA staff to swing spaces while new spaces were designed and constructed. Each phase had to be competed to a strict schedule so Bank leased spaces were turned over to the landlord on time and Bank staff housed in new offices.
Project included the complete renovation of over 500,000 square feet and the relocation of over 1000 Bank staff. All phases of design, construction, and relocation were delivered on time and budget.
Measured savings for the project totaled 50% increase in efficiency of usable space.
