Bank of America Rebranding and Sign Conversion
We provided project management services to oversee the signage conversion of over 2000 retail sites in California. Provided program implementation plan for all phases of a roll out that was part of the overall national program of 26,000 locations. Each retail location rebranded for signage, ATM surrounds, interior signage, and way finding signage. Our scope included the definition of design guidelines, project scheduling, reporting, landlord approval process, product purchasing coordination, field implementation, and QA systems. All phases of program implementation and project reporting completed using web based project management tools and custom data base reporting to Bank. Provided daily reports to Bank Senior Management on progress. Acted as liaison with the Bank property managers for all landlord communications.
All retail locations were delivered to a 98% on time and on budget performance matrix.
